Blair D’Avila
Blair Costa D’Avila practices Commercial, Civil, Administrative and Financial Law since 1992, with solid experience in mergers and acquisitions in several markets (especially in the financial market), involving Brazilian and foreign companies.
He is currently a member of the Board of Appeals of the National Financial System (CRSFN), popularly known as “Conselhinho”.

Patricia Da Rosa
Patricia Da Rosa holds a PhD degree in European Law from the Università Degli Studi Roma Tre (Italy) and is a Customs Agent.
She’s also a funding partner and director of Brasportsul Assessoria em Comércio Exterior Ltda and has been working since 1991 with foreign trade, focused on international business, merger and acquisition projects, and in areas of Customs, Administrative, Business, International, Maritime and Tax Law.
Furthermore, Patricia is currently a member of the Special Commission on Maritime and Port Law of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association and of the Technical-Scientific Committee of the Department of Development and Cooperation Italy-Brazil, linked to the Experimental Center for Research and Social Sciences of Università Degli Studi di Roma la Sapienza.
